Zach has been providing expert consulting and cost-effective tree care, risk assessments, tree felling, large removals, fine pruning, and hazard tree management/removal in the Greater Puget Sound region for more than a decade. 

With extensive experience leading tree crews, most notably for the City of Seattle's Urban Forestry Unit maintaining safe and sustainable urban forests throughout Seattle’s 6,414-acre park system, he is highly trained in tree disease identification and management; proper pruning; technical climbing and rigging; heavy equipment; and other related mechanical operations.

Zach is passionate about the outdoors and protecting the integrity and beauty of our natural resources. With a holistic and conservative approach to tree care, he prides himself on prompt, reliable service, fair pricing and honest work, as evidenced by his many long-time and repeat customers.

When he's not up in the trees, you can find him pursuing other interests, including arboriculture, horticulture, mycology, biking, fly fishing, hiking, wildland firefighting, camping, and backcountry exploration.
